Yes, we are proud to say that not only is music our passion, but our full-time occupation. Alex & Geoff from the Taylormade Live Wedding Band are full time musicians as well. This ensures we can devote the time required to perfect our performance and assure you of professional musicianship.
We offer a professional service from start to finish, The Taylormade Live Wedding Band always arrives in plenty of time to set up and conduct a full sound check to ensure the best quality sound for the room as every venue is different. We are smart, friendly & courteous at all times, and will set up discreetly, liaising with the venue to allow you to get on with enjoying your day.
Yes! We are often asked to play songs at the Wedding Ceremony and then at the Reception venue. Our Live Wedding Music Packages are built around your entire Wedding Day, however please bear in mind that we require time to set our equipment up and down at each venue.
Absolutely not! We pride ourselves on being completely live - as live music should be! All of our demo's are recorded exactly as you would hear us live, with no extra vocals, studio tricks or added guitar parts. Not every group of musicians can say this!
Our Acoustic Duo takes around 45 minutes to set up, conduct a full sound check ready for our performance and ensure the best sound for the venue. If you would like us to arrive more than 1 hour before a Taylormade Acoustic Duo performance we will charge a waiting fee to cover our time. The Taylormade Live Wedding Band needs about 1 hour and 30 minutes to set up, conduct a full sound check ready for our performance and ensure the best sound for the venue. If you would like us to arrive more than 1 hour in advance of an Acoustic Duo performance, or more than 2 hours before a Taylormade Live Band performance, we do provide an Early Set Up Service, charged hourly to cover our time. We do ask for a deposit of approximately 20% in order to save the date of your event.
We travel across the UK and would be happy to travel further abroad if you wish, we would only ask you to cover our travel expenses and accommodation if required! Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

For our main equipment we require electricity, preferably 2 plug sockets.
We are happy to play outdoors as the Acoustic Duo, weather permitting, using our main equipment if electricity is available. Alternatively we can use high quality battery powered amplification if required.
Full payment is due 1 week in advance of your wedding, this is to make things easier so you don't have to worry on the day. If you wish, you can even pay us in instalments as we recognise that every little helps when budgeting for a Wedding!
Taylormade Acoustic Duo are unique in that we are happy to learn 2 songs which are not on our setlist, at no extra cost and you can choose your own set list from our repertoire to ensure the music is 'tailor made' for your Wedding, Celebration or Event.
You are welcome to request a CD of the songs we played for you, at an additional cost. It may even be possible to record the actual performance live, please let us know in advance if you wish us to do so.
We understand that you may wish to come and see us play live prior to booking us. We do sometimes perform at Wedding Exhibitions, and occasionally in Restaurants or Hotels around our home region.

Yes, as members of the Musician's Union, each member of Taylormade Live Wedding Band and Acoustic Duo has full Public Liability Insurance, to the value of £10 million. This is also a requirement to perform at many Wedding Venues, particularly National Trust properties and other large or valuable properties.
